1. Freight & Service Guarantee

Due to the nature of freight logistics and shipping, all orders are final and non-refundable once a shipment is picked up or processed. However, we offer a 100% money-back RockSolid® delivery guarantee on select expedited shipments if deadlines are not met (subject to terms).

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Pickup: Customers may request to cancel an order at no cost before dispatch or pickup is scheduled.
  • After Pickup: Orders already in transit are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

3. Damaged or Lost Freight

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. You will need to provide:

  • Proof of damage (photos)
  • Tracking/waybill number
  • Delivery receipt
  • Value of contents

We will open a claims process and assess whether a refund, partial credit, or re-shipment is appropriate.

4. Delays & Missed Deadlines

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates for standard or intermodal shipments. Only our Expedited RockSolid® services are eligible for money-back guarantees if delivered outside the committed timeline.

5. No Refund Situations

We cannot issue refunds if:

  • You provided incorrect shipping information
  • The recipient was unavailable to receive the freight
  • You failed to submit a claim within the required time
  • The shipment was delayed due to weather, force majeure, or customs

6. Claim Process

All claims must be submitted via email to support@manitoulintransport.us. Once reviewed, we’ll respond within 5 business days.
